Primary Care Wellness Services:
Comprehensive physical examinations for men, women, and children
Unlimited office visits, including chronic medical condition follow-up visits, urgent care visits for illness or injury, consultations
Direct e-mail & telephone messaging with your provider
Unhurried appointments
Telehealth visits
Primary Care Medical Services:
Basic vital signs monitoring (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, oxygen levels)
Sick visits
In-house rapid testing (e.g., strep, flu, COVID, urinalysis, pregnancy)
In-office testing (e.g., EKG, ankle-brachial index, peak flow measurement)
Basic procedures (e.g., ear wax removal, suture removal, injections, nebulizer treatments)
Lab draws and preferred pricing for labs from Labcorp
Minor procedures (e.g., pap smears, skin tag removal, abscess drainage, minor laceration repair, skin biopsies, wound care, splints and casts)
Injectable medications (e.g., antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, IV fluids)
Hormone replacement therapy (e.g., menopause, testosterone)

What is NOT included in a Base Camp Health Membership?
Hospital care, emergency room visits, or major surgery
Advanced imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound)
Colonoscopy or endoscopy
Blood draws at outside laboratories
Orthotics and corrective footwear
Dental care
Prescription medications
Advanced laboratory testing
Note: A Direct Primary Care membership is NOT insurance. Catastrophic insurance or healthshare is recommended to cover medical needs that go beyond the covered services of Base Camp Health’s membership.
